Scholarship Assistance Form

Monteverdi Music School encourages students of all income levels to explore music lessons, and works hard to provide assistance to encourage student enrollment regardless of income. Scholarship Applications are accepted on an on-going basis. Priority is given to applications received by September 30.
Forms can be submitted with payment via mail, email, or in person at the Monteverdi Music School office. If the office is closed forms can be left in the locked drop-box outside the office door. |
